KION was born from a shared vision: to create a space where different backgrounds, cultures and culinary experiences come together around flavour and aromas. Our kitchen is shaped by chefs with diverse journeys, united by passion, creativity and respect for craft. Each brings their own influence, technique and perspective, contributing to the identity of KION and its evolving menu.
